It's What's Inside That Counts: Building World-Changing Brands From the Inside-Out

Great brands aren’t built on external efforts only. Yet many organizations believe brand ownership begins and ends in the marketing and communications department. How do we bridge the gap between external communications and meaningful internal employee engagement? Brands that have the power to change the world do so by first engaging their employees throughout the entire organization.

Interbrand is launching a new study to closely examine the relationship between marketing and human resources departments inside Canada's most well respected companies. The study will uncover how the principles and beliefs of a brand are brought to life through internal employee engagement, and will reveal how Canadian companies can more powerfully integrate marketing and HR efforts to deliver a fully aligned - and world-changing - brand experience.

Join fellow marketers for a lively discussion at an exclusive and interactive Toronto Chapter American Marketing Association networking event in the evening of Tuesday, June 25 at the Spoke Club where Alfred DuPuy, Managing Director, Interbrand Canada and Nicholas Lakas, Director, Strategy, Interbrand Canada will share the exciting results of this study.
