Mentor Exchange 2013/14 Program - Application


Thank you for your interest in becoming a Mentee in the coveted MHOL Mentor Exchange 2013/14 program. 


This application form will be the basis for qualifying you as a potential mentee in the program.  Payment is mandatory as a part of the application process.


Qualified AMA Members will be given priority over non-members.

Application Criteria:

Mentee Application Criteria

  • 30 – 40 years of age with 8 to 15 years of business experience
  • Currently employed in the marketing industry
  • Senior to Director Level marketer
  • Earn at least $70K income per year
  • Located in Greater Toronto Area (for now only GTA, but we plan to expand nationally)
  • Highly committed to one year program – 10 to 12 hours per year
  • Identified as high-potential within the organization
  • Passionate, instinctual, and recognizes this program as a career -pivoting opportunity. A big part of the value that Mentors get from this program is working with a highly committed and engaged mentee.
  • Willing to give back a full day of marketing insights to a charity (1 day per 1 year of mentoring)


Application Fees

All applicants are required to register online. The program fee is only $99(+HST) for AMA Members and $149(+HST) for Non members and is collected with your registration.


Important: Earning a spot as a mentee is a coveted opportunity. Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot in the program. If your application is not accepted your fee will be reimbursed after the matching process.
