AMA Breakfast Roundtable Presents...
"The Many Faces of Green - what it means for today's brands"

As consumers become more conscious about the impact their actions are having on the environment, marketers are required to understand how this will influence consumers’ decision-making and purchasing behaviour. Savvy consumers are actively looking for ways to reduce their carbon footprint, and many organizations are feeling compelled to drive green initiatives, due to regulatory requirements and consumer demand.

As the words “fair trade”, “CSR”, “Green” and “Eco” are applied to today’s brands, what does this mean to a consumer that is getting a bit jaded with these largely unregulated terms. What is marketing’s role in ensuring that the brand benefits from this association and does not get lumped in with “green washing”.

Join us for an insightful discussion, as we bring together organizations that have made CSR an integral part of their brand strategy and learn what resonates in the marketplace with today’s more sophisticated consumer...and what doesn’t.
