American Marketing Association Toronto Chapter   “Small (and Medium) Is Beautiful: How to Orient Your Organization to Market and Sell into Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs)”

Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) are a major engine of the Canadian economy.  Consider that more than 30% of Canadians work in a company with less than 50 employees and more than 50% of Canadians work in a company with less than 500 employees.  No matter what your company size, the way we market and sell into SMBs is unique.

Some companies really understand the distinction and have oriented themselves to support the SMB space.  Speaking with organizations that do it well, we will explore their success in developing marketing strategies and strong relationships with small and medium sized businesses.  We will look to build a framework that all of us can take back to our organizations and start applying right away.
